The room was surprisingly spacious and smelled really good everytime we entered from being out. I could not have asked for a better location. We shared a parking lot with Walmart. Which came in handy for my little ones as well as my sister's. To top it off there was breakfast Thanksgiving morning. Wonderful.

how can I put this. I have been blessed to been able to travel the world. I have never stayed at a cleaner more welcoming hotel and suites better than this one. If there was one thing I could come up with it would be to stay that breakfast left a lot to be desired. It is very convenient To freeways, restaurants, a large mall and amusement facilities for the children. Then you have the hotel staff which is very friendly and efficient. I cannot recommend this facility any higher than say I’ve stayed here about six times and will rig mean coming back.

The staff was kind, nice and helpful. Emma at the reception and Gina at the Breakfast room were very attentive to my personal needs. I recommend this Hotel : it has a great location in Katy Mills and the price was right and affordable.

Excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The breakfast was good; eggs, sausage, toast, cereals and waffles shaped like Texas! Very complete breakfast. The front desk people were excellent and a joy to work with.

we have stayed at this property for over a half a dozen times and only one time had a problem with the TV. However the cleanliness, the friendliness of their staff tomorrow and how they sent over to help to elderly disabled people will not be long forgotten. Every time the hotel was prepared and presented itself in the best manner capable.

Tiffany checked us in quickly and helped us with food choices. She was very friendly. We had enough towels to bathe with and picked up some for the pool at the front desk. Morning staff was polite, not overly talkative. The place was clean, the bed was nice and the A/C was cold. Nice for our overnight stay.

We was given a room downstairs and close for my elderly mother. Our A/C wasnt working properly so they installed a new one as we watched in about 10mins. They brought us and new bathtub chair. It was amazing. Will definitely stay at another comfort suites
